Payment for the Service is required in advance. For pay-as-you-go credits, charges are applied based on usage, and for subscription plans, billing occurs on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

OptaReach disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of North Macedonia.
