Optareach offers a suite of marketing tools designed to assist with outreach, lead generation, and market research. Every subscription tier includes integrated lead generation and access to the supported channels listed in your plan.

Payment and Billing

Payment for the Service is required in advance. Subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis, or as otherwise agreed in writing, and renew automatically unless cancelled. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by Optareach are the property of their respective owners. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, modify, or exploit any portion of the Service without prior written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Optareach disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Modifications to the Terms

Optareach may modify these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of North Macedonia.
